Welcome to Our Class!

The Work-Based Learning Program provides an opportunity for students to receive academic credit for their employment in businesses and industries in the area. These students' worksite is their classroom where they learn valuable employability skills such as time management, customer service, conflict resolution, and more. Students have coursework online through Schoology.

 

 

 

 

 

About the Teacher

Education and Experience:

Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education at Mississippi University for Women in 2003.

Graduated with a Master of Science in Education in Educational Leadership at Arkansas State University in 2018. 

Personal Info:

I am excited to be at SHS this year working with students enlisted in our Work Based Learning class. I am beginning my 21st year as an educator with experience in many areas within our school district. My husband is also a teacher in our district. We have three daughters that keep us busy with band, choir, and soccer.
