Education
I attended The University of Memphis from 1997-2001, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree. 

In 2002, I decided to  attend graduate school at the University of Alaska-Juneau for a short time before returning to Memphis.

  In 2006, I wanted to become a teacher. I obtained a position with the Memphis City School district and enrolled at the University of Memphis.  I  completed my Teacher Education Ceritification at the University of Memphis in 2009.

Since becoming a teacher in 2006, I have taught grades 7-12.  My first six years of teaching was for Memphis City Schools at Georgian Hills Middle School in Frayser.  Wanting to move closer to home, I was able to obtain employment with the Desoto County School district.  It has been a pleasure working in my community at Southaven High School since 2012.

Bio

I am originally from New Hampshire, but I have lived up and down the east coast.  I have also lived in Texas, Tennessee,  and Alaska.

I have lived in Southaven since 2003.
